Hi 👋🏻 I’m Danielle! Founder of empowered mind + body and co-founder of unconventional collaborative. I help women create full, healthy, badass lives through health + wellness.

Prior to becoming a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner I spent years in a number of different health related fields.

Most recently as a physician assistant and prior to that a mental health therapist and personal trainer. I also hold certifications as a certified nutrition coach and fertility educator.

I work with everyday humans who are in pursuit of living the life they’ve imagined. I blend my background together into a unique, integrative coaching approach to help people like you improve their energy, ditch period problems, constipation, “IBS”, sleep better, improve libido + so much more.

After founding empowered mind + body I got together with my friend Laura Ligos (aka the sassy dietitian) + we founded our practitioner mentor group, Unconventional Collaborative.

What is unconventional collaborative? A virtual space for like minded practitioners to learn from each other, guest speakers, monthly case presentations + more to help elevate your practice.
